Easy Access Systems is a systems reseller and software development company for the retail industry. Our main clients reside in the convenience store spectrum. We have over 10 years experience in PC systems in retail locations spanning all of New York State. We currently produce our QuickShift software for cashier trend analysis and Computer Based Training Services. We sell PC systems based on quality and our extensive experience with PC's in "non traditional" locations such as convenience store offices and back counters. It also forces cash control from both the cashier and manager’s vantage. With complete reporting capabilities from Total Shifts for each day and a Drop Listing for each day, to Employee Trend Reports, tight control and documentation can be achieved at store level. “Why do I Need QuickShift?“ Most accounting systems available today focus on Daily totals or Shift totals as a time frame, they don’t efficiently record individual cashier performance and present store level management reports to easily track a cashiers performance over a long period. “What is my cost benefit?“ “The first month QuickShift was installed in our stores the Cash Over/Short was cut 35% because of the focus paid to key areas of our cashiers performance. An IBM Compatible 486dx or higher PC with Windows '95 or higher installed 8mg Ram Memory, 5 mg available hard drive space The QuikShift Main Menu is easy to use and understand with all buttons clearly labeled and ordered in a logical manor. The software even produces its own shift tracking sheet used by the cashier to record needed information during their shift. The MANAGER FUNCTION button is only visible when management personnel are logged in, cashiers don’t even know the option exists. The Shift Entry screen records needed information for cash drawer reconciliation and certain performance related data including NoSales, Customer Counts, etc. The entry even allows Notes to be attached and printed with each shift reconciliation to explain anomalies pertaining to that shift. The powerful management functions include: Manager Scan - the only way a shift entry can be changed after a cashier signs off. Combined Shift Totals, and Drops - These reports add all shifts entered for the day and give total detail and detailed drop information, useful in reconciling daily totals, and deposits. Trend reporting - The trend reports are a unique way to analyze and evaluate individual cashier performance over a user designated time frame. It can be sorted by day or by employee with different print options. Trend Graphing - Trend graphing presents in an easy to understand graphical format the 3 major trend analysis ratios; Average Sale, Cash Over/Short to Total Sales, and No Sales to CustomerCount.
